I've had enough; I ditched the Chidiot. He wanted to engage me in a "live debate" - at a place and time of his choosing and with all these rules and regulations he uses as an excuse to ditch the debate and claim to "own" the opposition. He is so fundamentally stupid, I'm astonished he can manage to tie his own shoes!

I'm not even going to follow his blog anymore, as it's just the same old cr*p repeated over and over. This is one of the downsides of the internet; every dumb-ass nonentity with what they think is a "great idea" has the opportunity to bore everyone sh*tless or drive them crazy by repeating their inane nonsense over and over - and all the other inane idiots crawl out of their dank little fundaments to tell these rank morons that they are "clever".

I think there should be two Internets and you should have to pass a test to get into the smart person's one.

  1. I just ran across Chad and his argument.

While I happen to be theistic, and have my own arguments for addressing such things, it did appear to me that something is wrong with Chad's argument.

So, I've posted a "challenge" for Chad to "come out" and chat about what I see as the problem with his argument. I sent it to the posted email address, posted it at my place, and submitted it to his blog (where it may never appear).

Here's the link to my place if you care to look and offer your evaluation:

I realize you may have abandoned this blog, but I thought I would send this note anyway; just in case you still check on it and have an interest.

You can post direct to my place by simply addressing an email to:

  2. Well .... I never though anyone would read this stuff! I haven't abandoned the blog - just Chad. I'm new to blogging and I don't post often - there's not that much happening in my life :(, but I drop in here from time to time.

Chad is all over the net, but he's not really taken seriously by anyone except himself and a few followers. His argument is entirely fallacious and in fact is itself "irrational, illogical, and without evidence". All the debates I have seen that he claims to have "won" are in fact total pastings, where he simply finds some excuse to leave the debate, never acknowledging that he has been soundly thrashed. He claims to be some kind of urban philosopher/home-boy, but he has no background in any of the areas he claims to have studied (philosophy, the physical sciences – just about everything, if he is to be believed). There are FaceBook groups dedicated to mocking him – as well as his own group “Creationism and the Origin of Life”, which overwhelmingly consists of his comments without any responses, as he bans and deletes anyone who disagrees with him or fails to answer his “Golden Question” to his satisfaction, which is practically everyone.

Chad is actually quite stupid, but unfortunately has come to think he is highly intelligent. He adopts a kind of “street cred.” lingo (as I said, he fancies himself as a home-boy), and makes increasingly odd videos of his supposed “conquests”, which he posts to Youtube. He’ll only debate opponents under very specific conditions (naturally favourable to him) which he changes all the time – sometimes in the middle of a live debate when it becomes obvious he is losing it. He’s pissed off several people quite badly with his tactics; he’s really quite abusive in some ways and enjoys belittling those he thinks he has defeated (he uses terms like “owned”, “pwned” and “intellectually raped” among others and has publically accused one opponent who works with children of being a paedophile) – he is not above tracking people he doesn’t like through the internet and publishing their contact details, as well as threatening physical violence – to be fair, others have done the same to him.

By all means, engage with him if you want, but you will probably end up ditching him, as I did. He’s completely intractable and totally convinced that he is smarter than anyone else – and I mean ANYONE; he sincerely claims that he could beat the likes of Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris in a debate, although when I suggested that he go to debate.org or even philpapers.com he ignored me. I have challenged him to debates on several occasions, but because I won’t do so under his specific conditions, he has always refused. The only people who seem to stay engaged with him are those who think he’s smart (a frightening prospect!) or those who think he’s a joke (the MUCH greater majority).

    Try to not get frustrated

  3. Peter,

Thanks for sending that note to my group and for the additional insight in your above posting.

We'll see how my effort works out.

I try to keep it simple and engage my adversaries on the fundamentals before attempting to get into the more complex matters.

I will be glad to negotiate with Chad regarding his problems. I suspect he may, however, resort to such tactics as you note rather than openly, honestly take part in a discussion of his fundamental problems.

You might follow my discussion at my place and at Chad's place and send any further comments you may have to my group for posting there. Just send that email to:
